The Duux Neo is a smart ultrasonic humidifier that keeps the air in your home at a healthy, comfortable humidity level. Dry air, especially from air conditioning in summer and heating in winter, can cause dry skin, irritated eyes, a sore throat, blocked sinuses and poor sleep. It can also damage wooden furniture, parquet floors and plants. The Neo adds fine, cool mist to the room to restore balance, covering spaces up to 50 m² such as bedrooms, living rooms, home offices and children’s rooms. Its soft greige finish (a warm grey-beige) blends quietly into modern interiors.

Ultrasonic technology: ultrasonic vibrations turn water into an ultra-fine, cool mist that is released quietly and evenly into the room, with no heating element and no hot steam. Performance: up to 500 ml of mist per hour. Large 5-litre tank: runs for up to 16 hours on a single fill, enough for a full night and day without refilling. Top fill: pour water in from the top without removing or turning over the tank, which makes refilling quick and spill-free.

Built-in hygrostat: set your ideal humidity anywhere between 30% and 90% in 1% steps. The built-in hygrometer measures the room’s humidity and the Neo automatically adjusts its mist output to keep it at your chosen level, with no over-humidifying and no guesswork. Smart control: connect the Neo to your home Wi-Fi and control it from anywhere with the Duux app (iOS and Android). Check the current humidity, change settings and set schedules from your phone. It also works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free voice control.

Night mode: dims the illuminated buttons so the light doesn’t disturb your sleep. The Neo runs at just 38–40 dB, quiet enough for bedrooms and nurseries. Timer: set the humidifier to switch off automatically after 1 to 8 hours. Safety: automatic shut-off when the water tank is empty, plus overheating protection.

Maintenance: the replaceable anti-scale filter reduces limescale build-up and helps keep the mist clean. The ultrasonic element can be replaced by hand, without tools, so the humidifier lasts longer. Power: 22–32W in operation, 0.4W standby, 100–240V. Dimensions: 26×20×31.5 cm. Weight: 1.9 kg. In the box: humidifier, anti-scale filter, manual. Colour: Greige. 2-year warranty.
