The Xiaomi 17T is the telephoto master of Xiaomi's T series — the first model in the series with a display of 6.59 inches or smaller to introduce a periscope telephoto lens, bringing Pro-level telephoto imaging capability into a genuinely compact and pocketable body. At its core is the MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra, a 4nm flagship chip built on a desktop-class architecture that handles gaming, multitasking and real-time processing of 50MP Leica shots without ever flinching. The 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM running at 9600Mbps keeps every app and background task running smoothly, while the 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage delivers fast read and write speeds for handling large photo and video files. The advanced Xiaomi 3D IceLoop cooling system efficiently dissipates heat through improved thermal materials and optimised heat circulation, keeping sustained gaming and heavy workloads running smoothly without thermal throttling.
